Token Stock Company is a shell company structure created by Limited Stock LLCto purchase private-market stock exposure and distribute it to retail investors through Robinhood's Partner Stock Program.
The program was inspired by Vlad Tenev's announcement of a limited stock token giveaway on OpenAI and SpaceX for eligible European customers — a signal that private-company tokenization is moving from concept to distribution.
